mmbd Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mmbd" refers to the mmbd platform, website, and all associated services available at mmbd.pro.
• "Platform" means the mmbd website, mobile-optimised site, and any application or interface through which mmbd services are accessed.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole account currency on the mmbd Platform.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming products available through mmbd.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mmbd. They apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, betting, gaming, and withdrawals. These Terms should be read alongside the mmbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and mmbd.

mmbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mmbd will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use an mmbd Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are aged 21 years or above.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active mmbd Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the mmbd Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of mmbd.

mmbd may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of mmbd Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. mmbd Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

• You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid email address during registration.
• You must not create an Account using false or fictitious personal information.
• Only one Account per person is permitted across the mmbd Platform. Duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice and any Balance held pending investigation.
• You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Notify mmbd of any changes via [email protected].
• mmbd may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Accepted documents include national ID, passport, or driving licence.

mmbd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mmbd login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mmbd will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your mmbd Account that is not used on any other service.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password.
• Any activity conducted under your Account login is your responsibility, unless mmbd is notified of a security breach in a timely manner.

mmbd employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect Account data. However, no system is completely immune to security risks, and Players are encouraged to exercise personal vigilance at all times.

All Account transactions on mmbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). mmbd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although high-value deposits may trigger additional verification.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Balance within 60 seconds of confirmation.
• Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited depending on the issuing institution.
• mmbd does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. mmbd may request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000.
• Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• mmbd does not charge withdrawal fees. Mobile money operators may apply their own charges.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

mmbd reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Affected Players will be notified and provided with an opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

By placing a bet on the mmbd Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within each relevant betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. mmbd does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under a specific promotion or rule.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless a palpable error has occurred (see below).
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — defined as odds that are clearly incorrect and materially different from fair-market odds at the time of placement — mmbd reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return stakes to the Player's Balance.
• mmbd reserves the right to limit bet amounts for individual Players or markets at its discretion. This may apply to Players identified as professional bettors or to markets with restricted liquidity.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay before confirmation. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
• Unsettled bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance, unless a specific rule for that sport or market states otherwise.
• Accumulator bets involving a voided selection will be recalculated with that selection treated as a non-runner (odds of 1.0 applied to that leg).

Settlement of all bets is at the sole discretion of mmbd. In case of dispute, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, NHL, etc.) will be used as the primary reference for settlement purposes.

mmbd offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to these general bonus conditions.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Where a Player holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance will be used for bets first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be forfeited without notice.
• mmbd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to a Player's Account.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion explicitly states that it is stackable with other offers.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another Account.
• Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — including through the use of multiple Accounts, automated betting, or collusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.

mmbd's determination as to whether a Wagering Requirement has been met, and whether bonus conditions have been satisfied, is final. Players with questions about a specific bonus should contact [email protected] before opting in.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all mmbd Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you deposit into your Account. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cooling-off period, marketing communications will cease.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the mmbd Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Self-exclusion is not reversible for a minimum period of six months.

mmbd does not extend credit to Players and does not permit betting on credit. If you believe a friend or family member may have a gambling problem, please encourage them to seek support and contact us at [email protected].

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mmbd Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on mmbd.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform without express written consent from mmbd.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid detection, or using the Platform to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonuses or betting markets (collusion).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mmbd staff or other Players in any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

All content on the mmbd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of mmbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the mmbd Platform without prior written authorisation.
• The mmbd name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of mmbd. You may not use them in any context without express written consent.
• Game content, including slot titles, live casino interfaces, and game mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others).

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use the intellectual property of mmbd or its partners beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mmbd's liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform and Services shall be limited to the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• mmbd is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, indirect loss, or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• mmbd is not responsible for any interruption to the Platform caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, government action, or third-party service failures.
• mmbd does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• Where a technical error affects the outcome of a bet or game, mmbd reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the stake to the Player's Balance. mmbd will not pay out winnings generated as a result of a technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

mmbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• mmbd collects personal information including name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information for the purpose of account management, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
• mmbd does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored using industry-standard encryption. mmbd employs SSL/TLS protocols across all Platform pages.
• Players may request a copy of their personal data, or request deletion of their data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting [email protected].

mmbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with the updated effective date noted at the top of this document. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. mmbd operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair play and player protection across all its Services.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and mmbd may be submitted to binding arbitration. mmbd's decision on all matters relating to betting settlement, bonus eligibility, account management, and these Terms is final and binding, subject to the right to seek review through the dispute resolution process described in this section.
